Baked Sauerkraut
Baked Sauerkraut is an easy dinner. Made with 3 slices bacon, diced, 2 tbsp. onion, grated, 1 (no. 303) can sauerkraut, drained, 3/4 c. tomato juice and 1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Fry bacon until crisp.
Add onion and cook until lightly browned.
Add drained sauerkraut and place in casserole.
Top with tomato juice.
Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.
