Cut round steak in slices.

Trim fat.

Pound well on both sides.

Dip in beaten egg and seasoned bread crumbs and brown. Pour one-half cup water in roaster or whatever.

Put round steak brown on top and bake 1/2 hour at 350Β° with cover, then heat gravy and mushrooms and pour over round steak and continue baking for 20 to 30 minutes.
