Baked Rice Pudding

Combine eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and salt. Mix well. Add rice and raisins.
Pour into 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 325Β° for 30 minutes. Stir.

Bake until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, about 30 minutes more.
