Baked Potatoes (Stuffed)
Baked Potatoes (Stuffed) is an easy dinner. Made with 4 medium baking potatoes, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese and paprika (a sprinkle), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Bake potatoes on center rack of 450Β° preheated oven until soft.
Cut thin slice lengthwise from top of each potato.
Scoop out flesh; keep shell.
Throw away top of each potato.
Mash flesh with mixer and add sour cream and salt.
Mix until fluffy.
(Add a little milk, if you prefer it thinner).
Add cheese and mix.
