Baked Potatoes On The Half Shell is an easy dinner. Made with 6 tbsp. margarine, 6 large potatoes, 1 c. grated cheese, dash of each: salt, pepper and paprika and small amount of milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Scrub potatoes well.
Bake at 375Β° for 60 minutes.
Cut into halves lengthwise and remove the insides of potato.
Mash insides well; season with salt, pepper and butter.
Add enough milk to moisten.
Beat until fluffy and creamy.
Refill the shell. Sprinkle grated cheese on the top and a little paprika.
Brown in oven.
Serve hot.
