Baked Potato Casserole
Baked Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium potatoes, 1/4 c. butter, 1/3 c. chopped onion, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 8 oz. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Bake potatoes and take out of skins.
Do not mash, leave in small chunks.
Place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Heat 1/4 cup butter and soup.
Add sour cream, onion and cheese to soup mixture and stir.
Pour over potatoes and top with corn flakes crumbs mixed with melted butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
