Baked Pork Chops with Dressing
Baked Pork Chops With Dressing is an impressive dinner. Made with 6 pork chops, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 1 tbsp. cooking oil and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Brown in 1 tablespoon hot oil in a skillet.
Remove from skillet and place in baking dish.
Saute onion and celery in margarine in a small skillet. Combine with bread cubes, poultry seasoning, celery salt and 1/4 cup water; mix lightly.
Shape dressing into mounds on top of chops.
Coat potatoes with oil; place around chops.
Combine soup and 1/2 cup water; pour over chops and potatoes.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour, or until meat is tender.
