Baked Pork Chops
Baked Pork Chops is an easy dinner. Made with 4 pork chops, 4 tbsp. brown sugar, 1/2 c. catsup, 1 tsp. prepared mustard and flour to cover pork chops, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Remove excess fat from chops; roll in flour (do not brown). Place in baking dish.
Combine brown sugar, catsup and mustard. Put 1/4 mixture on each chop.
Add water to come up 1/4 way of pork chops.
Do not cover with water.
Cover pan and bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Uncover and continue baking 15 minutes to brown. Add more water as needed during baking.
