Baked Pineapple
Baked Pineapple is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 large egg, beaten and 3/4 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Drain pineapple and reserve juice.
To make the sauce, combine sugar and flour and blend with egg.
Stir into reserved juices. Cook and stir over moderate heat until thickened.
Arrange pineapple chunks in a buttered shallow casserole.
Sprinkle marshmallows on top, then add cheese.
Spoon on sauce and bake in a preheated 350Β° oven for 25 minutes.
