Baked Pineapple
Baked Pineapple is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 to 8 slices dry bread, cubed, 1 stick oleo, melted, 3 tbsp. flour, 1/2 c. sugar and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Grease 1-quart casserole; put bread cubes in casserole.
In small pan, melt oleo with sugar; add eggs, flour, pineapple and juice.
Mix and pour over cubes; toss and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake covered at 350Β° for at least half an hour.
Great as a side dish with chicken, pork or ham.
