Baked Parmesan Fish

In a shallow bowl, combine the cheese, flour, paprika, salt and pepper.
I put mine in a Ziploc to mix.
In a bowl, beat egg and milk.
Dip fillets in egg mixture, then coat with cheese mixture. Arrange in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until flaky.
