Baked Mustard Chicken
Baked Mustard Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. nonfat milk, 1/4 c. dijon mustard, 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1/2 tsp. pepper and 1 tsp. tarragon (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Mix milk and mustard in small bowl. In separate bowl, combine bread crumbs and spices.
Coat chicken pieces with milk mixture, then roll chicken in bread crumbs. Place chicken pieces in shallow baking pan.

Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until done.
