Baked Lima Beans

Boil lima beans, mustard and soda for 7 minutes.
Drain. Cover with cold water.
Add salt.
Boil for 10 minutes.
Drain. Mix cream and brown sugar.
Add to beans.
Bake in casserole at 275Β° for 3 hours.
