Baked Lasagna
Baked Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained, 1 clove minced garlic, 1 tbsp. parsley, 1 tbsp. basil and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown the ground beef; drain fat.
Add the next 6 ingredients to the meat; simmer, uncovered, for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cook the lasagna in boiling water; rinse in cold water.
Mix together the remaining ingredients, except Mozzarella. Form layers in a 9 x 13-inch pan, starting with half of the lasagna, then 1/2 the cottage cheese mixture, then 1/2 the meat mixture, then 1/2 the Mozzarella.
Repeat layers with remainder, then place in oven.
Bake at 375Β°.
