Baked Lasagna
Baked Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 large onion, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 tsp. sugar and 3/4 tsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown ground beef and garlic lightly with water over medium heat.
Add seasonings.
Add tomato sauce and tomato paste; simmer for 30 minutes.
Cook noodles until almost done; drain.
Cover bottom of greased baking dish with 1 1/2 cups of beef and tomato mixture.
Place 1/2 of noodles, one at a time, in the dish until beef mixture is covered.
Spread 1/2 of the sour cream or cottage cheese on noodles.
Sprinkle 1/2 of Parmesan cheese and 1/3 of Mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layers once.
Top with remaining beef mixture and Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Let stand for 15 minutes before cutting.
