Baked Lasagna
Baked Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1 qt. tomato sauce, 1 1/2 tbsp. parsley flakes and 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Brown hamburger and onions in skillet.
Drain.
Put hamburger back in skillet and add tomato sauce and the next 4 ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, 3/4 hour.
Mix cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, salt and oregano.
In oblong baking dish, layer 1/2 of the noodles, sauce and cheese mixture; repeat.
Reserve enough sauce for thin layer on top.
Bake at 350Β°, uncovered, for 45 to 55 minutes.
Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
