Baked Haddock
Baked Haddock is an easy dinner. Made with about 2 lb. very fresh haddock, 4 to 5 slices soft white bread, broken into small pieces, milk, butter and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan (or size suitable for amount of fish).
Preheat oven to 425°.
Dip haddock in milk and drain on paper towels.
Place fish in buttered pan; salt and pepper top of fish.
Cover fish with small pieces of bread; dot generously with small pieces of butter.
Bake for about 20 minutes.
Turn oven down to 375° after placing in oven.
