Baked Fruit is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large can pineapple slices, drained, 1 large can peach halves, drained, 1/4 c. margarine, brown sugar and curry powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a 9 x 13-inch pan, place pineapple slices and peach halves, pit side up.
Drop a pat of margarine in each peach half. Sprinkle brown sugar and curry powder on top.
