Baked Fish(Microwave) is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, thinly sliced, 1/4 c. finely chopped parsley, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 2 1/2 to 3 lb. fish, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish, combine butter, parsley and lemon juice.
Microwave, uncovered, at time cook (Level 9), for 9 to 12 minutes, turning fish over once with a large spatula after 4 minutes cooking time.
The fish is done when the flesh comes away easily from the bones when flaked with a fork.
Let fish stand, covered, 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
