Baked Fish
Baked Fish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. fish, 1 stick butter, 1/2 c. oil, 1 tsp. paprika and 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Clean fish and cut into servings or cut in half down the back. Season and sprinkle with cracker meal.
Heat oil in pan or roaster in oven (450Β°).
Add fish to hot oil.
Cook, uncovered; baste it with the oil to brown nicely.
When brown, drain off oil. Cover the fish; return to oven and turn off and let fish steam for 25 to 40 minutes.
Serves 2 to 4.
