Baked Custard
Baked Custard is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 slightly beaten eggs, 2 c. milk, scalded, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine eggs, sugar and salt.
Slowly add milk and vanilla. Pour into custard cups; sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake in pan of hot water in 325Β° oven until mixture doesn't adhere to knife, about 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve warm or chill and serve cold.
