Baked Crab Casserole
Baked Crab Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices white bread, 2 c. crab, shrimp or chopped cooked ham, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 onion, chopped and 1 c. celery, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Trim crust from bread.
Dice 4 slices of bread and the trimmed crusts and place in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Mix crab, mayonnaise, onion and celery and spread over diced bread.
Place the 4 whole slices of bread over crab mixture.
Mix eggs and milk and pour over mixture.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
