Baked Chicken With Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked rice, 1 frying chicken, cut up and skin removed, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 2 soup cans water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Put rice in bottom of a large baking dish.

Lay chicken on top of rice.

Mix the soup and water together until smooth.

Pour over chicken. Sprinkle onion soup over top. Cover with foil and place in a 400° oven for 30 minutes.

Lower heat to 250° and bake about 2 hours.

I leave it in the oven while we are gone to church on Sunday.

It's very good and easy!
