Spray coat a large 12 x 18-inch baking pan.
Wash chicken and lightly salt each side.
Sprinkle dry rice evenly over bottom of pan.
Arrange chicken (1 layer) over rice, skin side up.
Spread cream of chicken soup over all chicken evenly.
Pour the water over all. Bake 2 hours at 350Β° until tender.
