Baked Chicken and Rice
Baked Chicken And Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 chicken breasts, 1 c. uncooked (raw) rice, salt, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, put 1 cup uncooked (raw) rice. Sprinkle with salt.
Combine in a mixing bowl the soups and 1 1/2 cups water.
Pour half of mixture over uncooked rice.
Place raw chicken (4 to 6 breasts) over rice mixture.
Salt and pepper chicken, then add the rest of soup mixture.
Sprinkle with 1/2 package of dry onion soup mix.
Cover dish with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 2 1/2 hours.
