Use 9-inch lightly greased quiche dish or deep pie pan. Bring water and salt to boil.
Stir in grits.
Cook 30 minutes or until done.
Remove heat and add next 3 ingredients. Stir until cheese is melted. Gradually hot grits into eggs; add remaining grits; stir well.
Pour grits into quiche dish. Bake at
350Β° for 1 hour.
Garnish with mushroom and parsley.
