Made with 1 c. quick cooking grits, 4 c. water, 1 tsp. salt, 3/4 stick margarine and 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (can use reduced fat), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook grits in water with salt for 3 minutes.
Add margarine and cheese and then eggs.
Mix well and pour into a greased baking dish.
