Baked Cheddar Macaroni
Baked Cheddar Macaroni is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked, 2 tbsp. butter, melted, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 c. grated mild cheddar cheese and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside.
In a sauce pan add, melted butter, flour, salt and pepper.
Stir until smooth then add milk slowly and cook mixture over medium heat.
Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Add cheese and cook until melted.
Mix the sauce and macaroni together.
Pour into greased 8 inch baking dish.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
