Baked Cauliflower
Baked Cauliflower is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head cauliflower, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 cream of chicken soup, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 1/3 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Wash and separate flowerets on cauliflower.
Trim away any woody part of stem; simmer in salted water about 15 minutes. Drain.
Mix soup, cheese, mayonnaise and curry powder.
Place cauliflower in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Pour sauce over the top.
Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top and then drizzle on melted butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
