Scald cabbage in salted hot water; drain well.
Mix remaining ingredients and form 12 to 14 beef balls.
Place in cabbage leaves; fold and roll up.
Fasten with toothpicks.
Place in buttered casserole dish.
Pour 1 1/2 cups water over cabbage rolls and cover. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
