Baked Beans
Baked Beans is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. great northern beans, 1/2 c. white sugar, 1/3 c. grandma's molasses, 1 tsp. dry mustard and 2 tbsp. good vinegar (cider), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Sort and bring beans to boil.
Turn off heat and let stand 1 hour.
Drain.
Add fresh water.
Bring to boil and add 1/3 picnic ham or other meat.
Simmer until beans are tender.
Remove extra water and add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into baking dish.
Bake in 300° to 350° oven until a lot of the moisture is gone.
