Baked Beans
Baked Beans is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 slices bacon, 1 c. onion, chopped, 1 tbsp. garlic, minced, 2 (15 oz.) cans pinto beans and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Slice bacon into 1/2-inch strips.
Fry bacon, onion and garlic for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain beans.
Combine beans, onion mixture and remaining ingredients in a 1-quart casserole dish.
Bake, covered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.
Serves 4.
