Baked Beans

Dice and fry bacon until crisp.
Add to drippings, diced apple, diced green pepper and diced onion.
Saute until tender. Add 2 large cans of Hunt's small red beans (drain before adding). Add 1 large can of chopped up tomatoes.
Add curry powder and brown sugar.
Mix together.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover; set overnight.
Before serving, bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
