Baked Beans
Baked Beans is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. dry navy beans, 1 onion, chopped, 6 beef bouillon cubes, 3/4 c. brown sugar and 1/2 c. ketchup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Soak beans overnight and drain.
Cover with fresh water. Simmer slowly.
Add three beef bouillon cubes.
Cook sufficiently. Drain and add onion, sugar, ketchup, mustard, salt, Worcestershire and 3 bouillon cubes dissolved in boiling water. Place in greased casserole.
Bake, covered, in very slow oven for 6 to 8 hours.
Uncover last hour of cooking.
Add more water, if needed.
