Baked Artichoke Spread
Baked Artichoke Spread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. artichoke hearts, cooked, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. grated parmesan cheese and 8 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until pureed.
Put in a small ceramic baker or casserole or quiche dish. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned on top in an oven preheated to 325°.
Serve with strips of pita bread, tortilla chips or sliced French baguette.
Sliced honeydew melon or cantaloupe makes a great follow up appetizer.
