Baked Artichoke Dip
Baked Artichoke Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped, 1 can (7 oz.) diced green chilies, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. grated parmesan cheese and 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl from chilies down. Fold in chopped artichoke hearts. Spray pie plate with Pam. Spread mixture over bottom of pie plate. Bake uncovered in 350Β° oven for 15-20 minutes until heated through, and browned.
Serve with crackers.
