Bagels is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, 1 1/2 c. warm water, 1 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. sugar and 4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Dissolve yeast in warm water and sugar.
Let yeast work for about 15 minutes.
Add this to other dry ingredients.
Mix and remove from bowl.

Set aside in a bowl covered with cloth until doubled in size (1 to 2 hours).
