Bacon Quiche Biscuit Cups
Bacon Quiche Biscuit Cups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, 2 tbsp. milk, 2 eggs, 2 oz. (1/2 c.) shredded swiss cheese and 2 tbsp. chopped green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Heat oven to 375Β°.
Grease 10 muffin cups.
In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, milk and eggs on low speed until smooth.
Stir in Swiss cheese and green onions.
Set aside.
Separate dough into 10 biscuits.
Pat each biscuit into a 5 inch circle.
Place 1 biscuit in each greased muffin cup.
Firmly press in batter and up the sides, forming 1/4 inch rim.
Place half of bacon in bottom of dough lined muffin cups.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture over the bacon in each muffin cup.
Place in oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until filling and edges of biscuits are golden brown. Remove from pan.
Makes 10 servings.
