Mix together croutons and cheese.

Pour into greased 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.

Mix together remaining ingredients, except bacon, and pour over crouton mixture.

Top with with bacon. Bake at 325° for 55 to 60 minutes or until eggs set.
