Bacon and Chive Potato Salad
Bacon And Chive Potato Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 6 c. quartered, unpeeled small red potatoes, 3/4 c. kraft real mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. ground mustard, 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled and 1/4 c. chopped chives or sliced green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook potatoes in boiling water for 14 minutes or until tender. Drain.
Mix mayonnaise and mustard in a large bowl.
Add potatoes, bacon and chives.
Mix lightly.
