Bachelor's Brunch Casserole
Bachelor'S Brunch Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, slightly beaten, 1 c. grated cheddar cheese, 6 slices of bread, cubed, 2 c. milk and 1 lb. sausage (hot or mild), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Brown and drain the sausage.
In a greased casserole dish, alternate layers of bread cubes, sausage and cheese, in that order, until all are used.
Add eggs to milk and mix.
Add salt, dry mustard and pepper.
Mix well and pour over layers slowly. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake, covered, for 1 hour in a 350Β°
Serves 6.
