Avocado with Gazpacho

Combine onion, tomato, cucumbers, bell pepper, jalapeño pepper and lemon juice.
Brush avocado with lemon juice to keep from turning brown.
Put avocado on lettuce and put in onion mixture. Serve with chips.
Do the same with remaining ingredients and pour sauce over same.
