Autumn Soup
Autumn Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 c. cut up carrots, 1 c. diced celery and 1 c. cubed potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In large saucepan, cook and stir meat until brown.
Drain off fat.
Cook and stir chopped onion with meat until onion is tender. Stir in carrots, celery, potatoes, salt, bottled brown sauce (Worcestershire sauce) and rest of the ingredients.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
