Autumn Soup
Autumn Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey, 1 c. chopped onion and chopped celery, 4 c. hot water, 2 c. 1/2-inch potato cubes and 1 c. thinly sliced carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix meat, onion and celery in 5-quart casserole.
Microwave at High until meat loses its pink color, about 5 to 7 minutes, stirring after half the cooking time.

Add tomatoes and microwave at High until tomatoes are tender, about 8 to 10 minutes.
