Autumn Festival Fluff
Autumn Festival Fluff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter, 4 tbsp. butter, melted and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Make one day ahead.
Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and 1/2 cup peanut butter.
Press 2/3 of crumb mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Reserve remaining crumbs.
Beat cream cheese and white sugar; fold into whipped topping.
Spread 1/2 of cream cheese mixture over crust in pan.
Add apple filling and sprinkle with cinnamon (if desired).
Combine powdered sugar and 1/3 cup peanut butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle 1/2 of this mixture over apples.
Top with remaining whipped topping mixture and then remaining graham cracker crumbs.
Cover with foil and refrigerate 24 hours.
A little lengthy, but very good.
