Autumn Apple Salad
Autumn Apple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained), 2/3 can sugar, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In saucepan, combine pineapple and sugar.
Bring to a boil; cook for 3 minutes.
Add gelatin.
Stir in cream cheese.
Cool. Fold in apples, nuts, celery and Cool Whip.
