Drop eggs in mixing bowl.
Beat well.
Add sugar; continue to beat.
Add water and sifted dry ingredients.
Add flavorings. Bake in 1/4-inch deep sheet cake pan, lined with heavy brown paper that is well greased, at 375Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Turn out on damp tea towel.
Spread with jelly (grape or blackberry).
Roll and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
Serve with warm lemon sauce.
