Auntie Pearle's Apple Cake
Auntie Pearle'S Apple Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. vegetable oil, 2 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 2 tsp. vanilla and 3 c. flour, sifted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
In a mixing bowl, combine oil and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, soda and spices.
Slowly add flour mixture into mixing bowl.
Stir in nuts, raisins, coconut and vanilla.
Stir in grated apples.
Pour batter into a tube or Bundt pan.
Bake for 1 hour.
Cool in pan for 10 to 15 minutes.
