Auntie Joan's Pepperoni Pie
Auntie Joan'S Pepperoni Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, well beaten, 1/2 c. diced pepperoni, 1 c. diced mozzarella cheese, 1/4 c. grated romano cheese and 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell (defrosted, if frozen), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat the oven to 350Β°.
In a large bowl, combine beaten eggs with pepperoni, Mozzarella cheese and Romano cheese.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake for about 45 minutes until the center is slightly puffed and a toothpick inserted in center of pie comes out clean. Do not overbake.
Cut in wedges and serve hot.
