Aunt Mary's Spinach Balls
Aunt Mary'S Spinach Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chicken flavor stove top stuffing mix, 1 c. grated parmesan cheese, 6 eggs, lightly beaten and 3/4 c. melted butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cook spinach according to package directions and drain in sieve; press out as much liquid as possible.
In medium bowl, combine spinach, stuffing mix, cheese, eggs, butter, salt and pepper.
Mix thoroughly and roll into balls about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
Place on cookie sheet and freeze.
After completely frozen, remove and place in freezer bag.
